More than a hundred years ago, a certain Mr. Anton Haubenberger made the decision to spoil people with a sense for enjoyment and pleasure with extraordinary bread and pastry specialities. Five generations of Antons later and nothing has changed.

The Haubis GmbH is an Austrian family business whose "Gai" (countryside to be supplied) extends far beyond Petzenkirchen. This success and the numerous patented developments have, however, not changed a thing with the uncompromising quality standard which has remained as high as ever.
Honesty is the best policy
What do you need for really good bread? Flour, water, yeast, grains or seeds, salt - and nothing else! This is the purity law according to which bread is baked at Haubis. The result are natural products without fuss or quibble; chemical additives, colourings and preservatives, trans-fats & co. are banned from Haubis premises!
First class raw materials
We are proud that our finely processed flour comes from Austria to 100 %. Another 100-percent-label can be applied to our whole range of products as it is free of any gen technology. When purchasing raw materials, we additionally take care that they are regional, whenever feasible. Of course we also pay great attention to a high share of organic products.
